1. Order Processing Time
- Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding holidays)
- Processing Time begins once your order is confirmed and payment is completed
- After order confirmation, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details

Non-Shippable Areas: Due to shipping restrictions, we are temporarily unable to ship to countries/regions under international sanctions, conflict zones, or remote islands without postal services. If you have questions about a specific location, please contact our customer service.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link. You can track your order by:
- Logging into your Saptee account and viewing "My Orders"
- Clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
- Visiting the carrier's official website and entering your tracking number
Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International Orders:
- Sales Tax: Saptee does not currently collect sales tax
- Import Duties & VAT: The order total does not include any import duties, value-added taxes (VAT), or other fees that may be imposed by your destination country
- Buyer's Responsibility: All customs charges, taxes, and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your local customs office for more information before placing your order
- Customs Delays: Customs clearance may cause delivery delays. Such delays are beyond our control
United States Orders: As requested, Saptee does not currently collect sales tax on US orders.
7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered or are lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the buyer.
If you realize your shipping address is incorrect, please contact us immediately at service@saptee.com. If your order has not yet shipped, we can assist in updating the address. If your order has already shipped, we cannot make changes.
8. Shipping Issue Resolution
8.1 Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please:
- Check the latest status on the carrier's website using your tracking number
- If the issue persists, contact our customer service team. We will investigate with the carrier and assist you
8.2 Returned Packages
Packages may be returned to us for the following reasons:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
- Multiple failed delivery attempts
- Recipient refused to pay customs duties/taxes
- Package unclaimed for an extended period
Once a returned package arrives at our warehouse, we will contact you to either:
- Arrange reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply)
- Process a refund (original and return shipping costs will be deducted)
8.3 Damaged or Missing Items Upon Delivery
If your order arrives with damaged or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the outer packaging
- Photos of damaged/missing items
We will promptly assist you with a replacement or refund.
9. Holidays & Force Majeure
During peak seasons (such as Black Friday, Christmas) or in cases of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, etc.), delivery times may be extended. While we will do our best to coordinate, such delays are beyond our responsibility. We appreciate your understanding.
10. Shipping Rate Adjustments
We reserve the right to adjust shipping rates and free shipping thresholds at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website; however, confirmed orders will not be affected by rate adjustments made after purchase.
